Machine Lubrication Analysis
Machine lubrication analysis course (MLA Levels I & II) – 10 to 12 May 2022
Based on demand, this 2.5-day course will cover Machine Lubrication Analyst content at both levels I and II.
What the course covers
Commencing with a brief review of lubricant roles and functions and oil analysis maintenance strategies, the course then moves on to the main focus, as follows:
• Oil sampling
• Lubricant health monitoring
• Lubricant contamination measurement and control
• Wear debris monitoring and analysis
On the afternoon of day three (12 May) participants can opt to do the ICML MLA examinations, at either Level I or II, here at TelLab – or online at a time of their choice. However, this is purely optional. Participants can also take part in the training without any requirement to do the exam.
The tutor & venue
The course is presented with our training partner, international trainer and machine lubrication expert Martin Williamson, Director, KEW Engineering.
It takes place here at our new training facilities at T.E. Laboratories (TelLab) in County Carlow, providing participants a unique opportunity to see a busy oil analysis laboratory in action. TelLab is an Engineers Ireland approved trainer, and this course provides over 20 CPD hours.
The course fee is €1,150 . This includes all course notes, lunches, teas/coffees etc. 2.5 days. The optional ICML exam on the third afternoon (or online at a time of your choice) is an additional cost, payable directly to ICML. See www.lubecouncil.org.
