3-Day Course – Cork – ICML Level II – Advanced machine condition monitoring through oil sampling and analysis

This is a prestigious, internationally recognised professional qualification, and, when taken in conjunction with the MLA Level II examination (on the afternoon of Thursday 12 November), it leads to Level II accreditation by the International Council for Machine Lubrication (ICML) for Machine Lubrication Analysis (MLA) .

Designed to take your knowledge and capabilities in condition monitoring through oil sampling and analysis to the next level, this  course is geared to professionals who have already completed MLA Level I training.

(Note: Due to changes in ICML regulations, participants MUST have completed MLA I, before proceeding to MLA II. Equivalent on-the-job experience is no longer sufficient).

What The Course Covers

The first 2.5 days of the course are dedicated to training and case studies. The optional ICML exam takes place on the afternoon of the third day. Commencing with a brief review of lubricant roles/functions and oil analysis-centred maintenance strategies, the training then moves on to the main course focus, as follows:

– Oil sampling

– Lubricant health monitoring

– Lubricant contamination measurement and control

– Wear debris monitoring and analysis

This course from TelLab is recognised by Engineers Ireland and provides over 20 CPD hours.


ICML exam and accreditation 

When followed by the optional 3-hour, multiple-choice examination on the afternoon of Thursday 12 November, this training also leads to the prestigious and internationally recognised Machine Lubrication Analyst – Level II qualification, awarded by the International Council for Machine Lubrication (ICML).


New Cork Venue

Based on client feedback, for the first time ever, we are taking this training course to Little Island, Cork, to provide a convenient venue for engineers and companies located in Cork and the Southwest region.


Early-Bird Rate and Significant Group Discounts 

The standard course fee of €1,150 includes all course notes, lunches, teas/coffees etc. over the three days.

An early bird course fee of €975 is available for bookings made before 25 September 2020. In addition, we are offering significant discounts for group* bookings  as follows: €820 for the second person,  €640 for the third, €420 for the fourth and €310 for the fifth person from the same company.

The optional ICML exam on the afternoon of the third day is an additional cost of €400 per participant.
